The device has a reservation body (10) axially extended to arrange a storehouse in a molded frame e.g. slab, by axial diving towards interior of a reception capacity (8) that receives a constitutive material of the frame by melting, till hardening of the material. A supporting cap (11) is suspended from the body at an interior of the melted material. The cap has a beam type receiving unit that receives the body via its emerging end (12) emerging outside the capacity, and a maintaining unit that is provided against metallic casing elements i.e. shuttering panels (7), exterior to the capacity. The cap is formed by molding of resin. An independent claim is also included for a method of arranging a blind housing.
