The preform has three elements with portions that are constituted of a base part (3), a sleeve (4) and a cap for containing raisin. The cap co-operates with the part and the sleeve such that a relative movement of the sleeve relative to the part axially displace the cap in the sleeve. Portions of two of the elements are obtained from a single molding part in a thermoplastic material. A material bridge (13) is formed between the part and the cap. Another material bridge (14) is formed between the cap and the sleeve, where the bridges are broken later during assembling of the elements.
