Combustion engine optimizing method for motor vehicle, involves selecting number of operating points, and fusing local models by statistical training method to determine model for calculating every operating point
The method involves selecting number of reference operating points, and establishing a local model for each operating point and for each output, where the operating points are defined by engine speed torques. The local models are fused by a statistical training method to determine a model for calculating every operating point, where the fusion of the local models is realized by neuron networks or by a support vector regression. The selected operating points have thirteen points derived from a cycle based on motor vehicles emissions group (MVEG) standard.
