The device has a closed enclosure (1) communicating with exterior by using a vacuum pump (2) and an air motor (4). The pump is driven by a motor (3), and the motor (4) is actuated by an inlet air in the enclosure. The motor (4) drives an energy absorbent system having the pump and is coupled to the pump using a free wheel (5) to transfer a torque only from the motor (4) towards the pump.
