The device has a clamp (10) made of biocompatible plastic material e.g. polyetheretherketone (PEEK), bioabsorbable material e.g. poly-L-lactide, or nylon. The clamp has a flexible band comprising an attachment element to receive an end of a band for locking the clamp. The attachment element has an orifice traversed by the band and co-operating with a groove arranged on the band to adjust the locking of the clamp.
