The device (3) has a base (4) made of a polymer material integrated to a tire provided with two openings (5) in which a flexible band (6) is passed. The band has an adhesion unit of an electronic module (1) at each end of the band, where the band is made of non-reinforced rubber and is removable. The band is fabricated independently and is connected during installation of the module. The module has a measuring head (7) which is not covered by the adhesion unit connected to the band which locks the module.
