The block (10) has rigid body shell elements (12) with transversal bumper beams (28) fixed on lower side rails (24). Each rail has a final fixation plate (32) located at a front end of the rail. A transversal structural front face (14) is fixed on the elements at rear of the plate. Each of flexible arms (20) carries an optical block (22), and is fixed to a bumper skin (18) and a lateral flange (16). Each arm is arranged on a front region of the elements located at front of the plate while being separated from the face. The region is chosen among the beams, the plates and shock absorbers (30).
