The method involves positioning and integrating casing sides (120) in a molding table (100), so that adjacent walls of the sides and the table define an open volume corresponding to a transversal section of a linear prestessed/non-prestressed, reinforced/non-reinforced concrete prefabricated element e.g. undercut beam (20). The concrete is cast between the sides to fabricate the element. The sides are disintegrated and removed to demold the fabricated element. An independent claim is also included for a molding machine comprising a molding table.
