The method involves independently preparing an elongated L or dihedral shaped cast concrete element (2) corresponding to front and upper walls (3, 4) in an appropriate mold, and two cast concrete lateral end walls (5) in a set of appropriate molds. The element is cut according to required length. The end walls are glued at ends of the element by gluing a part of a peripheral edge of the end walls against internal surfaces of ends of the front and upper walls, where the front wall has a thickness of 35 millimeters and the upper wall has a thickness of 40 millimeters. An independent claim is also included for a concrete casing part for a roller shutter, comprising two lateral cast concrete end walls.
