The device (1) has two bellows (3a, 3b) connected by an outer conduit (2) for communicating with the bellows and for transferring air pressures resulting from compression of the bellow (3a) towards the bellow (3b) in expansion. The conduit is equipped with a pressure balancing unit (5) for balancing the pressures by transferring gas between the conduit and the external atmosphere, where the pressure balancing unit is formed of a membrane permeable to gases and impermeable to water and is mounted on a connector (4) of the bellows.
