The method for fabricating a membrane (3) for restructuring an internal surface of a tube, comprises coating a spindle (1) of thermofusible material layer, machining the layer according to a geometry necessary for internal form of the membrane, placing the coated spindle in a mold, flowing a material in the mold for forming the membrane at ambient temperature, removing the thermofusible material layer and then the spindle from the mold by heating, and removing the membrane from the mold. The heating is carried out at a temperature greater than a fusion point of thermofusible material. The method for fabricating a membrane (3) for restructuring an internal surface of a tube, comprises coating a spindle (1) of thermofusible material layer, machining the layer according to a geometry necessary for internal form of the membrane, placing the coated spindle in a mold, flowing a material in the mold for forming the membrane at ambient temperature, removing the thermofusible material layer and then the spindle from the mold by heating, and removing the membrane from the mold. The heating is carried out at a temperature greater than a fusion point of thermofusible material but lower than fusion point of the material constituting the membrane. Internal wall of the mold comprises an ultra smooth part of the surface to be restructured. The surface is structured in two-dimensional or three-dimensional manner. Independent claims are included for: (1) a rubber skin for restructuring an internal surface of a tube; and (2) a process for restructuring an internal surface of a tube.
