The head (3) has a cap (31) and a diffuser (32) gripped with a cylinder (2), where the cap is pierced by an orifice (33) for admission and exhaust of a fluid i.e. gas. The diffuser is internally arranged to the cylinder relative to the cap and provided with diffusion channels (34) for diffusion of the fluid admitted in the cylinder, from a diffusion space till a corresponding an active volume (51), where the diffusion space is formed between the cap and the diffuser. The diffusion channels are arranged in a parallel manner and arranged near a side wall (21) inside the cylinder.
