The device has a surface treating and preparing element with two distribution nozzles distributing solid, semi-solid or liquid products that are in form of sand grain or balls, where the products are projected on surfaces of a rail (1) e.g. tramway rail. The nozzles are connected to rigid or semi-rigid tubes that are connected to safety and distribution valves. The nozzles, the tubes and the valves are connected together using a chassis.
