The diffuser has a support body (10) with a clip (41) fixing the body at a forced air flow emitting orifice, and two dispensing units respectively containing active and volatile substances. The body defines two chambers to mix air and active substance vapor, and contains the units such that a dispensing surface of each unit is placed inside the respective chamber. Each chamber has air inlet and outlet holes, and an adjusting unit (50) to adjust opening of the holes. The adjusting unit of one chamber is actuated independently from the adjusting unit of the other chamber.
