The component (81) has an assembly (82) of elementary calculating modules (BF) provided with connection ports. A control unit (83) configures connections of the connection ports of a part of the elementary modules for realizing two connection structures with the elementary modules to assure a mathematic transformation function i.e. direct or inverse Fourier transformation function, of a signal e.g. quadrature amplitude modulation signal, between a temporal field and a frequential field, and a filtering function of the signal.
