PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Heli-Sert (R) insertion fixture enhancing attachment work efficiency of a Heli-Sert (R) part and excellent in working accuracy.;SOLUTION: The Heli-Sert (R) insertion fixture relating to one embodiment includes a fixture body 10 has a mounting part of the Heli-Sert (R) part 50 and given with a scale 18 on a peripheral surface of a shaft body 11 constituting a main part along an axis direction; a fixture guide 20 having a guide hole 22 inserted with the fixture body 10 and abutting a first bottom part 24 on a base material 60 when the Heli-Sert (R) part 50 is attached to the base material 60; and a lock mechanism for adjusting the position making the scale 18 as reference and defining projection length of the fixture body 10 projected from the fixture guide 20. A diameter of the projected shaft body 11 of the fixture body 10 projected from the fixture guide 20 is smaller than an outer diameter of the Heli-Sert (R) part 50.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
