PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially-stretched polyamide film preferably usable for a household electric appliance, an automobile member, a building material member, food package or the like by giving formability, and to provide a laminate using the film.;SOLUTION: The biaxially-stretched polyamide film is obtained by stretching a cast film containing a polyamide-based resin composed of 85 to 50 wt.% of an aliphatic polyamide and 15 to 50 wt.% of a half-aromatic polyamide by 2 to 4 times in both the vertical and lateral directions, and then heat-setting the film so that hot water shrinkage ratios after treatment at 95°C for 5 minutes in both the vertical and lateral directions become 0 to 5%, wherein the product (Emt) of multiplying an elongation at break in the vertical direction at 80°C by an elongation at break in the lateral direction at 80°C is in the range from 2.5 to 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
