PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold spray method which can securely and easily achieve the reduction in device cost and running cost, and to provide a cold spray device.;SOLUTION: In a cold spray method where material powder A is jetted at a high speed from a nozzle 11N together with a working gas H, so as to be deposited on a base material B, as a working gas H accelerating the material powder A, superheated steam H is used.
