The air-conditioning control device 200 for dwelling has a dwelling environment detection means 16 for detecting dwelling environment information at the inside and the outside of the dwelling used for air-conditioning; an environment information memory means 20 for memorizing air-conditioning setting information corresponding to the dwelling environment information with the dwelling environment information; and a transmitting means 25 for transmitting the air-conditioning setting information and the dwelling environment information to the vehicle. The air-conditioning control device 100 for the vehicle has a receiving means 33 for receiving the air-conditioning setting information and the dwelling environment information; a vehicle environment information detection means 34 for detecting the vehicle environment information at the inside and the outside of the vehicle used for air-conditioning; and a setting information determination means 30 for determining the air-conditioning setting information for the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle environment information based on the air-conditioning setting information and the dwelling environment information.
