PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy and provide comfort in controlling air-conditioning using a desiccant air conditioner together. PSOLUTION: A present room heat load in a store, where the air-conditioning is controlled by using a heat pump type air conditioner together with the desiccant air conditioner, is calculated. Consumed energy amount prediction curves (EN1, EN2, EN3) presenting a relation between a consumed energy amount and a degree of the comfort in the store when the air-conditioning is controlled by using the heat pump type air conditioner together with the desiccant air conditioner so as to cover the calculated present room heat load are created and displayed at each previously determined operation ratio of the heat pump type air conditioner and the desiccant air conditioner (3:1, 1:2, 1:3). A present position of a PMV in the store is specified by a block triangle mark M1. The operation ratio at present for minimizing the consumed energy amount can be known by referring a predicted value on the consumed energy amount prediction curve in a present position of the PMV.
