PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel drain pipe joint and a piping structure penetrating foundation, capable of exhibiting stable draining performance.;SOLUTION: The drain pipe joint 10 includes a sheath pipe 12 and an inner pipe 14, the inner pipe 14 connecting an indoor drain pipe 106 to an outdoor drain pipe 108 being inserted to the sheath pipe 12 extending through a foundation 100 of a building. The sheath pipe 12 includes a first sheath pipe part 16 and a second sheath pipe part 18 having predetermined angles, and is formed by combining these pipe parts. The first sheath pipe part 16 is opened indoors at one end, and the second sheath pipe part 18 is opened outdoors while being connected with the other end of the first sheath pipe part 16. The inner pipe 14 is formed to be drawable and insertable from and in the sheath pipe 12 by connecting a bent inner pipe part 20, a first inner pipe part 22 and a second inner pipe part 24, which are not flexible. Therefore, this inner pipe is excellent in smoothness of the pipe inner surface, compared with a case in which a flexible pipe is used as the inner pipe. The inner pipe 14 can be raised around the indoor drain pipe 106 falling by the wall and connected with the indoor drain pipe 106 by simple piping.
