PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minute particle counter allowing the working accuracy of an aperture part to be lowered and allowing the number of minute particles to be measured highly accurately, the minute particles being in a micro-particle-containing liquid that contains minute particles of various sizes.;SOLUTION: This minute particle counter is provided with first branch flow paths 17 to 19 and second branch flow paths 20 to 22, branching off from a main micro flow path 4 upstream of the aperture part 5 provided on the flow path 4 and again meeting upstream of the aperture part 5. The flow-path widths of the flow paths 17 to 19 and 20 to 22 are made larger than the diameters of minute particles which are measuring objects. Only a dispersion medium is let flow through the flow paths 17 to 19 and 20 to 22. Downstream of a re-meeting point, a trilaminar flow is formed wherein the dispersion medium flows on both sides of a minute-particle containing liquid.
