PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of searching a steam using facility capable of efficiently searching a facility improvement method effective for comprehensively improving the steam using facility. PSOLUTION: In this facility improvement method Js, the steam using facility is diagnosed, and based on the results of the diagnosis, the present state of the facility is searched to acquire the steam using state Jb of the steam using facility. The method is expected from the steam using state Jb of the steam using facility acquired by searching the present state of the facility. An improvement simulation for simulating the predicted steam using state Jy of the steam using facility after the facility improvement method is performed is performed, and a proper facility improvement method Js is searched based on the predicted steam using state Jy of the steam using facility obtained by the improvement simulation.
