PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method of preparing a skin cross-sectional live texture slice capable of detecting a response with respect to stimulation under perfusion culture in a real time by cutting the skin cross-sectional live texture piece sampled from an animal individual so as to contain a plurality of the layers of skin texture, and a method of evaluating skin stimulation using the live texture slice.;SOLUTION: The preparation method of a skin cross-sectional live texture slice composition includes: the step of sampling the skin cross-sectional live texture slice composition, which is sliced from the skin so as to contain a plurality of layers different in the depth from the surface of the skin without applying fixing treatment and freezing treatment to the skin, and the skin cross-sectional live texture piece from the animal individual; the step of embedding the skin cross-sectional live texture piece in 10% agarose without applying the fixing treatment and the step of obtaining the skin cross-sectional live texture slice composition by slicing the skin cross-sectional live texture piece embedded in 10% agarose without applying the freezing treatment so as to contain a plurality of the layers different in the depth from the surface of the skin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
