PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stand-in from taking an examination, and to improve the efficiency of operation concerned with examinations.;SOLUTION: An examination certificate is a security device provided with a means for storing examinee's information including face photograph data and test information, a means for allowing an access to the stored information after inputting a device password, a means for storing an open key, a secret key and an electronic certificate, and a means for performing open key encryption algorithm. In the examination certificate, a face photograph is printed on the surface in a visible state and it is also available to provide the printed face photograph with a physical security function for preventing copy and/or replacement.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
