PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the formation of wrinkles in a plastic film and cracks in an infrared reflection film when a laminated glass manufactured by sandwiching a plastic film between resin interlayers and sandwiching this between 2 sheets of glass plates with a curved surface shape.;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a laminated glass sandwiching a plastic film comprises a process 1 of thermo-compression bonding a resin interlayer and a plastic film, a process 2 of putting a resin interlayer on the plastic film bonded by thermo-compression in the process 1, to form a laminated film, a process 3 of forming a laminate by sandwiching the laminated film prepared by the process 2 between 2 sheets of curved glass plates, the process 4 of compression-heating and bonding the laminate obtained by the process 3 by an autoclave, and the process 5 of cutting and removing a laminated film protruded from the edge of the curved glass plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
