PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthesis for an affected site of the ventricle closing ventricular septal perforation of the heart by a simple and minimally invasive procedure; and a prosthetic treatment set for the affected site of the ventricle for indwelling the same.;SOLUTION: This prosthesis for the affected site of the ventricle is provided with a bowl-like member 10 having a substantially bowl shape and fitted in the ventricle of the heart, and a fixing member 20 for fixing the bowl-like member to the inside of the ventricle of the heart. This prosthesis is indwelled to close the ventricular septal perforation of the heart by covering the ventricular wall of the heart with the outer wall face of the bowl-like member 10 fixed thereto. One example of the bowl-like member 10 is provided with a spring material 11 being contractable and extendable, and a cloth-like member 12 covering at least a part of its outer wall face and being contracted and extended following to the contraction and extension of the spring material 11.
