PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems at present wherein delivered urgent earthquake news flash or weather information is difficult to be introduced because it requires high initial cost and running cost, and confusion occurs frequently owing to reception of unnecessary information.;SOLUTION: In an urgent news flash server delivery system, urgent earthquake news flash or weather information is received by a server 2 and delivered to each place by utilizing an inexpensive network, to thereby suppress initial introduction cost or running cost.
