PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for effectively supporting a user to construct a new friend relationship, and for supporting the user to continue the constructed new friend relationship by participating in an event.;SOLUTION: A server 10 transmits notification to guide event holding to a first user terminal 30.
