PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from invading through a lower end of a waterproof layer when a difference in level is caused at a foundation top end or a building or external heat insulation is carried out.;SOLUTION: A waterproof member arranged at the lower end of the waterproof layer is installed before a wall constituent member or the like which requires waterproof is installed and raised after the wall constituent member or the like requiring waterproof is installed. By this, the waterproof layer is configured at the periphery of the lower end including its cut end of the wall constituent member or the like requiring waterproof, and the invasion of water to the wall constituent member or the like requiring waterproof is prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
