A waterproof system application method for forming a ceramic metal containing resin based waterproof material layer according to the present invention applies excellent waterproof and corrosion resistant properties to a high permeable and chemical environment when being applied to concrete to form a compact coat on the concrete using a curable resin which uses surface modified ceramic metal and has improved water and corrosion resistance. Also, the waterproof system application method for forming a ceramic metal containing resin based waterproof material layer improves anti-microbial properties, anti-bacterial properties, and durability as well as waterproof properties by being applied to a concrete structure for civil facilities, building facilities, water treatment facilities, sewage treatment facilities, and advanced water treatment facilities by a part to which freshwater is applied; prevents the re-bars and solid spheres of the structure from corroding; and enables workers to easily install a waterproof system without spoiling the appearance of the structure.
