PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of flicker due to an operating environment, and also to reduce power consumption without burdening a user so much.;SOLUTION: A frame rate setting control part 12 always confirms whether a present position is an area A or an area B (steps S9 and S10). When the present position is the area A (Yes in step S9), the control part confirms whether a present frame rate is 60 Hz (step S11), and when the present frame rate is 50 Hz (No in step S11), the control part switches the frame rate to 60 Hz (step S12).
