PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a tripod of a camera is large in comparison with a small digital camera and a cellular phone with a camera in recent years, so that it becomes too large and heavy to carry.;SOLUTION: The small digital camera, or the cellular phone is held by parts (a) and (b) of a circular object 1, next, the circular object 1 is held on a platform 2, stopped, and fixed.
