PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing method which does not include disadvantages in a known repairing method for the components of a turbo machine and which solves the specified problems relating to surface regeneration of a surface portion such as a titanium fan blade root portion or a leg portion.;SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for surface regeneration to repair the surface portion of the movable turbo machine blade. The method comprises accumulating metal particles on the surface with electrolysis. The electrolysis is electrolysis with a pad, electrolysis in a tank or a micro tank, or electrolysis in a form including their combination.
