PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making relative displacement biasing device which has an extremely high commercial value, and an electronic device using the relative displacement biasing device.;SOLUTION: The relative displacement biasing device biases the relative displacement of a first member 1 and a second member 2 which are connected so as to be freely relatively displaced. The relative displacement biasing device has a flattened and laminated first connector 3 which is connected to the first member 1, and a flattened and laminated second connector 4 which is disposed in an opposing position to the first connector 3, and connected to the second member 2. A plurality of first slide protrusions 7 arranged in parallel to a predetermined portion P2 of the first connector 3 are connected to a plurality of second guide parts 6 arranged in parallel to a predetermined portion P3 of the second connector 4. A plurality of second slide projections 9 arranged in parallel to a side neighborhood portion P4 in the portion P3, in which the second guide parts 6 in the second connector 4 are arranged in parallel, are connected to a plurality of first guide parts 8 arranged in parallel to the side neighborhood portion P1 in the portion P2 in which the first slide projections 7 in the first connector 3 are arranged in parallel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
