PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iodine-resistance property barrier film made of a material of, in a case where a conductive film is used as, e.g. a transparent electrode of a dye-senstised solar cell, preventing the conductive film from being easily eroded and to prevent the conductive material from being peeled off from a base material film even if the conductive film contact electrolyte, and moreover preventing the conductivity from being lowered due to the lamination, and laminated on a surface of the conductive thin film, a conductive film having the barrier film laminated thereon, a solar cell using the conductive film, and a photoelectrode.;SOLUTION: The barrier property thin film laminated on a surface of a conductive laminated body having one or two or more layers of conductive thin films made of a single or a plurality conductive materials laminated on a surface of a base material film made of a polymer resin.
