PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyte pretreatment liquid for correctly measuring by improving the detection sensitivity, a virus measuring kit using the same, and a virus detecting method at the time of measuring the virus, the presence amount of which is very small such as SARS virus by the immunoassay.;SOLUTION: By the immunoassay using antibody specifically combining with virus, the pretreatment liquid of analyte for measuring virus included in at least either of nasal secretion or phlegm is provided.
