PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire information of an initial position or the like used for capturing a position information satellite, position calculation or the like at a moving destination, when a user moves for a long distance such as overseas with a terminal device.;SOLUTION: In a positioning system 10, a feeder 40 is installed in a facility such as an airport or a station. When the user brings the terminal device 20 close to a chip reader/writer of the feeder 40, the feeder 40 receives the first support information constituted of LTE model information and a time from a positioning server 60.
