PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform total risk management taking into consideration both a doctor and a nurse (work provider) engaged in medical treatment/care and a patient/care receiver (work receiver). PSOLUTION: A medical treatment/care risk management system 100 has: a work master table comprising a plurality of work in the medical treatment/care and at least one element associated with the work; a storage means 110 for storing a risk source associated with the element and a risk source master table defining risk information associated with the risk source; an input means 12 for inputting work information; and a risk evaluation data generating means 130 for selecting at least one element associated with the work information based on the input work information with reference to a work master table 112 and a risk source master table 114 and using an arithmetic operation means to generate risk evaluation data including the risk source associated with the selected element and the risk information.
