PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interposition of foreign matter (water cutoff sheet) between an earth retaining wall and a main structure, and to positively transfer stress between the earth retaining wall and the main structure.;SOLUTION: There is provided a water cutoff structure 10 of the earth retaining wall 1, for watertightly sealing the earth retaining wall 1, which is available when the earth retaining wall 1 having a plurality of steel cores 3 embedded in a wall body 2 at intervals, is used in the main structure 35. The water cutoff structure is formed of: a water cutoff means 11 which is arranged on one wall surface 2a of the earth retaining wall 1, facing the main structure 35, for watertightly sealing an interval between the mutually adjacent cores 3 of the earth retaining wall 1; a coupling means 20 which watertightly couples the water cutoff means 11 with the core 3; and a water leading means 31 which is arranged in the water cutoff means 11, for collecting water acting on the earth retaining wall 1, and leading the water to a water storage section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
