PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a water cutoff member that is easy to construct and that exhibits a stable water cutoff function regardless of temperature fluctuations or the like.;SOLUTION: A water cutoff member (10) comprises a sheet-shaped water cutoff sheet (2) and a plurality of support members (3) arranged so as to extend linearly in a longitudinal direction of the water cutoff sheet (2) on the water cutoff sheet (2).
