PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium alloy material for exhaust system components excellent in oxidation resistance and formability, and to provide an exhaust apparatus using the alloy material.;SOLUTION: The titanium alloy material contains 0.5 to 1.8% Cu, 0.1 to 0.6% Si and ≤0.1% oxygen, and the balance Ti with inevitable impurities. Alternatively, the titanium alloy material further contains 0.1 to 1.0% Nb, and the balance Ti with inevitable impurities.
