PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensionally cultured elastic fiber tissue which has a three-dimensional thickness and expresses elastic fiber components essentially for the elastic fiber tissues, such as elastin and fibrin, and to provide a method for producing the three-dimensionally cultured elastic fiber tissue.;SOLUTION: Provided is the three-dimensionally cultured elastic fiber tissue which is produced by a production method comprising a process 1 for inoculating a porous base material comprising collagen and having an average pore diameter of 1 to 30 μm with fibroblasts at a cell density of ≥1×10³/cm², and a process 2 for culturing the porous base carrying the fibroblasts inoculated in the above-described process 1 in a serum-containing medium, has a thickness of ≥5 μm, and contains elastin and fibrin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
