PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that conventionally the arrangement order into a ring network of communication routes between terminating nodes to be the transmission/reception end of client signals is not appropriately taken into consideration and is one of factors to obstruct the housing efficiency of the client signals in the ring network such as a SONET BLSR ring.;SOLUTION: Based on a link cost (band or the like) supplied to a demand which is a request to house the client signals to the ring network, the arrangement order of routes for housing the client signals is selected so as to be close to the optimum and the housing efficiency of the client signals is improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
