PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance improving method and a performance restoring method for an object solar cell having a titanium oxide film supported by photosensitizing dye and electrolyte in a structure, for easily improving the performance and restoring the deteriorating performance at an installation site while reducing cost and labor, and to provide a solar cell system.;SOLUTION: Into each of the solar cell having the titanium oxide film supported by the dye and the electrolyte in the structure, its module and a photovoltaic power generation system including them, a forward current is carried (1) in a range of 0.1-2 mA/cm2 per the light receiving area of a unit cell in initial performance improving processing, and (2) in a range of 0.2-3 mA/cm2 in deterioration restoring processing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
