Plug on the magnetic tunnel junction device using a magnetization reversal by spin transfer torque

The element structure is a method and related device configured to operate utilizing the magnetization reversal caused by spin transfer torque phenomenon and having (MJT) magnetoresistive tunnel junction or MTJ. And a method of forming a plug on MTJ structure is described.
