PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the viewing and purchase procedure of a mail-order sale program by the same device when purchasing merchandise from a mail-order sale program through a network, and to allow a purchaser to have a sale talk with a seller face to face in a purchase procedure.;SOLUTION: This mail-order system through a network includes: a program distribution server for distributing a mail-order sale program; a WEB server for providing an order page acquired by associating merchandise introduced by the mail-order sale program with the seller of the merchandise wherein the order page includes the telephone number of the seller connected through a network; a seller terminal of the seller; a user terminal for receiving the mail-order sale program and the order page of the merchandise; and a call control server for controlling the connection of the user terminal and the seller terminal in response to a call connection request from the user terminal to the seller terminal based on the telephone number clicked by the user terminal. The user terminal includes a first television part; an output part for displaying a telephone number; and an input part for clicking the telephone number.
