Power driver may include a housing, a power take-off mechanism and tool chuck. The tool chuck may have an input shaft mounted to said housing for rotation. The input shaft may support the threaded chuck jaws. For the input shaft, chuck actuating shaft may be mounted for rotation. The chuck actuating shaft may be screw coupled to the threaded chuck claws. Above the power take-off mechanism may be connected with respect to the tool chuck. Drives the rotation as a unit in an integrated manner the chuck actuating shaft and the input shaft "drill / drive mode", and, above the power take-off mechanism, to rotationally drive the the chuck actuating shaft to the input shaft can be adjustable to "Chuck mode". The power take off mechanism may be internal of the housing. Above the power take-off mechanism can be rotationally fixed relative to the housing the input shaft in the above-mentioned "Chuck mode".
