CIRCUIT SIMULATION METHOD, CIRCUIT SIMULATION PROGRAM AND CIRCUIT ANALYZING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a correct circuit simulation by using a behavior model.;SOLUTION: When receiving the input of LSI model data (the behavior model) as model data of an integrated circuit to be used for the circuit simulation, a circuit analyzing device checks whether or not there is problem in consistency among a voltage-current characteristic, a transient characteristic, and a load characteristic being the characteristics of the received behavior model, thereby judging that there is no conflict in the characteristics when there is not problem in consistency. When it is judged that there is conflict in the characteristics of the behavior model, the circuit analyzing device generates a correction model, and after generating each correction model, the circuit analyzing device judges the propriety of correction performed on each characteristic, based on prestored correction permission range data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
