SHEARING METHOD FOR THIN STEEL PLATE AND PRESS SHEAR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method and device for cutting a thin plate of thickness ≤4.5 mm (particularly, a thin plate having a thickness less than a clearance of an upper blade and a lower blade) by a press shear for a thick steel plate.;SOLUTION: Two thin plates or a thin plate and a thick plate are brought into pressure contact with each other by a prepress device 13 to make several sheets of thin plates into a thick plate shape (10a). The thick plate shape 10a is cut by press shear devices 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19.
